Hard water problems solved fast. Proper sizing, honest diagnosis, and professional installation in a single visit.
Most softener jobs in this trade run two or three trips. Diagnostic trip. Parts trip. Install trip. Each one is billed. Each one is scheduled around the customer's calendar, not the contractor's.
Our trucks roll loaded. Resin, valve assemblies, brine tanks, bypass loops, control heads — on board. Most Lely Resort softener jobs close in one visit. That's not marketing. That's our standard.
From diagnosis to full system installation — completed in one visit.
A new softener goes in at the main supply line. Bypass loop, drain routing, brine tank placement, control head programming — all part of the same visit. We size by your household demand and water test results.
Failed softeners usually have one of three problems: exhausted resin, failed valve, or dead control head. We diagnose which one, and unless the unit's too old to justify it, we repair.
Resin beds last a decade-plus with the right care. We service brine tanks, clear salt bridges, verify regeneration cycles, and test softness output. Annual maintenance keeps warranty validity intact.
When a unit's past its useful life — usually 12 to 15 years — replacement makes more sense. We pull the old unit, install the new one, and handle the disposal. Same day.
For homeowners who can't use salt-based systems — sodium-restricted diets, septic concerns — we install conditioning systems that reduce scaling without ion exchange.
Many Lely Resort homes need more than just softening. Iron, sediment, chlorine, or odor issues benefit from layered treatment. We design the full treatment train in one quote.
Quote before the work. Price doesn't change after.

"The technician honestly told me I didn't need a replacement, just a $200 repair. After two other quotes had pushed me toward a full new system, that kind of straight talk meant something. Saved me real money."
"Initial install had a programming issue that caused the unit to over-regenerate. They came back the next day, no charge, recalibrated it, and have been responsive every time since. Mistakes happen — what matters is how a company handles them."
Most installs run four to six hours, start to verified finish.
If the unit is under ten years old, repair almost always makes financial sense. Past twelve years, the math usually favors replacement.
Positively. Water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines all last meaningfully longer in Lely Resort homes running properly softened water.
Some Lely Resort service plans include scheduled salt delivery. Standalone delivery is also available.
Determined by hardness level, household size, and peak demand pattern. We calculate it during the assessment and show you the math.
